The Church is experiencing an explosive growth in El Salvador, Mexico, and many other countries throughout the world. It is not uncommon to see a church double in size every year or two.

However, those with disabilities have been left out. Much of this is due to cultural biases against those with disabling conditions, and at other times due to a simple lack of education and exposure to the biblical mandate for such a ministry need.

Mark 2 Ministries employs full time local staff members in El Salvador and Mexico in order to train churches in the practical aspects of ministry among individuals with disabilties.

So far, we have been able to train 30 churches in El Salvador and Mexico. The combined outreach of these churches is now ministering to over 250 children and adults with disabilities! God has been gracious in allowing this area of ministry to reach so many - yet there is much work to be done.
